The legendary Patti LaBelle is coming to the Hult Center on Friday, March 1. Her graceful, elegant nature shines through her performances and albums. Between jazz, R&B, pop, and even poetry, her singing career alone is multi-faceted and successful.
She’s expanded her career to build an empire, having written six books, including cookbooks, producing a sauce and desserts product line, and has her own cooking show. Outside of this empire, she is also a strong advocate for adoption, research on treatment for diabetes, cancer, and HIV/AIDS, and many other causes. She currently serves as a spokesperson for the American Diabetes Association.
