9th Annual March Madness IPA Blind Taste-Off Bracket Challenge
| Each year, the teams at beergarden and PublicHouse duke it out to see who drafted the best IPA. This year’s event will feature 2 categories of IPAs: West Coast and Hazy. The Beer Teams choose the beers. Your vote decides the favorite. The 3 week event features 2 blind flights of four, 1 flight at beergarden and 1 at PublicHouse, comprising the Sweet 8 IPAs. Each flight will have 2 West Coast styles and 2 Hazy styles. You’ll have two weeks to taste both flights and cast your vote for the tastiest brews in a blind taste off from March 18th- March 30th. Spring Whale Watching
| It’s Whale Watch Week along the Oregon Coast! In spring approximately 20,000 gray whales travel north to the cold waters of Alaska. Late March through June is the peak of the spring whale migration past Oregon. Spot gray whales and partake in whale watch counts along the Oregon Coast. Talk to knowledgeable volunteers at the Yachats State Recreation Area, Cape Perpetua and Heceta Head Lighthouse all week long from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Whales are an awesome sight to behold. DisOrient Asian Film Festival | 
The 20th Anniversary DisOrient Asian American Film Festival of Oregon is a hybrid festival with an exceptional line-up of live and virtual film screenings as well as in-person Q&A’s with filmmakers. Celebrate the broad range of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander ancestors who dared to traverse the Pacific–seeking adventure, a new life, a forever family and refuge.
