This time of year is proving to be the best, as the weather improves and there are still loads of activities going on. Go for a 5K run along Pre’s Trail or in Walterville as part of their community celebration. Art shows abound, including Springfield’s 2nd Friday Art Walk. Wineries are still busy with weekend events, and you can celebrate the first anniversary of Elizabeth’s Wine Lounge with complimentary tastings and flights. Come down to Main Street Springfield and celebrate all the wonderful things you can do there at Springfield’s Block Party. Head to Florence for their Rods ‘N’ Rhodies Invitational Car Show and Benefit, with events taking place all weekend long. Relive your roller skating dreams at the Let’s Roll! Skate Party. Join the Eugene Family YMCA’s Welcoming Festival, which is part of a national trend to celebrate the diversity of American communities. Shop for that vintage item you just can’t live without at Coburg’s 36th annual Antique and Vintage Fair. Enjoy outdoor concerts continuing at the Cuthbert, including Goo Goo Dolls with Fitz and the Tantrums, and indoor concerts like Daughtry, Al Stewart, and Foy Vance.
